This beautiful sleigh was restored in 2004-6. While it is a prime example of the Albany style sleigh -- with curved sides on the two-seated sleigh and graceful, curved dashboard -- it also displays unique brass ornamentation on the dash. It was made by the James Goold Company of Albany, NY, and was given to the Society by the Bradford White family. It was originally owned by Willis White, grandfather of the donor. Brad fondly remembers many sleigh rides taken by the family on his grandfather's farm in Uxbridge, Massachusetts.
